Sophia acts as a trusted advisor, safeguarding her clients' interests throughout the entire process, from initial planning to completion. Sophia acts as a liaison between her clients' and all other project participants to ensure the project aligns with her client's goals, vision, and budget.
Team
Sophia Kabler Cowley – President. Sophia holds a BA of Finance degree from the University of Southern California. Formerly a marketing and sales executive for Fortune 500 and internet companies, Sophia decided to pursue her passion for real estate design and development in 2006 after losing her mother early to Ovarian Cancer. Marketed under the KCS Estates moniker, development projects designed by KCS Residential Design quickly developed a reputation for their stand out design, well thought out floor plans, and record breaking sales prices.
John (Jay) Kabler - Vice President.
Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jay oversees operations. Jay holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and has broad experience designing and testing complex systems.
